Queen of Denmark attended the commencement ceremony Hue Beer Co., Ltd.

Afternoon November 5th 2009, Queen Margrethe and Prince of Denmark attended the ground breaking ceremony of Phu Bai Brewery construction (Hue Beer Co. Ltd.) Phase 2 in Phu Bai Town, Thua Thien-Hue Province.

During her visit to Thua Thien-Hue Province from afternoon of November 4th, Queen Margrethe, Prince and Danish Royal delegation to visit and find out some specific cultural heritage of Hue Ancient City, also had the meeting with the leaders of Thua Thien-Hue province.

Evening of November 4th, Prince and Queen of Denmark joined rock concert by two bands: Blue Van – Denmark and Silent – Vietnam in Hue Sport Center.

During ground breaking ceremony, Queen Margrethe and Prince visited Phu Bai Beer factory and congratulated Hue Brewery’s success.

Constructing Phu Bai Brewery Phase 2 basis of workshop and some of production stages prepared from Phase 1. It’s expected to be operated in the first quarter of 2010 raising capacity from 80 million liters per year to 160 million liters per year (to bring the total capacity of company reached 230 million liters per year)

The ground breaking ceremony of Phu Bai Brewery Phase 2

Project was constructed in the Phase 2 with the most modern technology at that time. The main plant equipments with high technical requirements were purchased from the best leading Group of brewing equipments from Germany. Auxiliary equipments were purchased from the Asian Group in order to save investments expenses.
